Website inquiries

The booking inquiry tool prepares an email draft on your device. It does not submit the form to a website database. You choose whether to open your email app, copy the draft and send it. If you send an email, Poppin’ Pads receives the information you include and uses it to respond to your inquiry and discuss requested services. Your email provider processes the message under its own terms.

What to include

A name, general Oahu area, approximate group size and a general question are enough to begin. Do not include medical details, government identifiers, payment-card information or other sensitive information in this inquiry. Appropriate participant screening is a separate process.

Hosting and external services

Netlify hosts this website and may process routine network information needed to deliver and secure it. External links, including Square and your email service, operate under their own privacy notices. This version does not load optional analytics or advertising trackers. It does not store inquiry fields in cookies or local storage.

Referral information

If you arrive through a campaign or referral link, the inquiry tool can include non-sensitive campaign labels in the email draft so Joseph can understand how you found the business. You can review or remove them before sending.

Photos, video, scores and heart rate

This website does not upload participant footage or collect heart-rate or score data. Recording and public sharing of future participant content are separate permission choices; sending an inquiry is not consent to either.
